Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.

How long does delivery take?

All our items are made to order so please allow us 1-3 working days to make your item.

Royal Mail 24 is usually delivered within 1-2 working days of being shipped and Royal Mail 48 delivered within 2-3 working days. However, Royal Mail do advise that neither of these services can be guaranteed and at busier periods of the year, you could expect your item to take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

How do I track my order?

If your item has been sent via Royal Mail 24 or Royal Mail 48 then you will receive an email from us with a reference number to allow you to track your parcel.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns only if an item is found to be faulty. The item must be securely packaged and returned to us within 14 days. We do not cover the return postage and would advise that you send your items back using a service that requires a signature on delivery. Always ensure that you have proof of postage.

We do not accept returns on any personalised items unless they are deemed to be faulty or there is an error on our part.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are processed within 24 hours of receiving the item back to us. Please be aware that it may take several days for refunds to reach your account due to the banks own internal systems.

Can I exchange for a different item?

We are only able to exchange non personalised items. You must notify us within 10 days of delivery if you wish to exchange a non personalised item. 

The return postage will need to be paid by the customer - we will not cover this. Please ensure that you use a service that requires a signature on delivery. You will also need to ensure that you have proof of postage.

Once we have agreed the exchange your item must be returned to us within 10 days of the original delivery in it's original packaging in an acceptable and re-sellable condition. We will then send out the new item.

General

What process is used for your personalised gifts?

Our products are printed [unless specified otherwise] using the sublimation process which works by heat turning the inks into a gas. This gives a permanent, vibrant print that will not fade or crack.

What type of card are your greetings cards printed on?

Our cards are printed on luxurious 310gsm lightly textured cotton rag cardstock and supplied with a quality brown Kraft envelope.

They are then packaged in a biodegradable cello bag.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, not at the moment. We do however pop up from time to time at markets and events and these will always be advertised via our social media channels.
