Shipping policy

All our items are made to order so please allow us 1-3 working days to make, package and send your order on it's merry way to you!

Once despatched your order will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery. Some items purchased will have the option to be sent either Royal Mail 24 Tracked service or Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. You can choose between both services when you check out.

Please note Royal Mail 24 is usually delivered within 1-2 working days of being shipped and Royal Mail 48 delivered within 2-3 working days. However, Royal Mail do advise that neither of these services can be guaranteed and at busier periods of the year, you could expect your item to take up to 10 working days to be delivered.

All of our greetings cards are sent to you with Free Delivery via Royal Mail Second Class post.

If your item has not been delivered after 10 working days, please do email us and we will chase it up.
