Shipping policy

Almost everything at Dotty about Fred is made to order, especially for you. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for us to make it, package it beautifully and send it off on its merry little way.

Once dispatched, your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. At checkout, you can choose between:

Tracked 24 – usually delivered within 1–2 working days
Tracked 48 – usually delivered within 2–3 working days

Royal Mail would like us to remind you that these delivery times are estimates rather than promises carved in stone. During particularly busy periods, delivery can take up to 10 working days.

If your order still hasn’t appeared after 10 working days, please send us an email and we’ll put on our detective hats and chase it up for you.
